After the apartment is completed and you are given the keys, at this time, the Developer offers a leaseback type deal which is fully flexible. You can sign a 1 year contract to allow the company to rent out your apartment (renewable yearly based on competitive market rates). You can, however, specify how much of the year you want to reserve for your own personal use. The company will pay you up to 5% net return on your investment (cost of property). This is obviously pro-rated depending on the number of weeks / months you reserve for your own personal use. You will also receive a discount card which entitles them to discounts with various partner company products.

Furnished

All apartments come completely furnished with everything included:
